Extended Warranty Options
Extended warranty coverage is available for purchase on select services and components.Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of service.
- Engine Overhauls: Up to 24 months / 24,000 miles
- Transmission Rebuilds: Up to 18 months / 18,000 miles
- DPF Cleaning: 6 months / 6,000 miles
- A/C Compressors: 12 months / 12,000 miles
- Differentials: 18 months / 18,000 miles
Note: Extended warranty coverage requires an additional fee and must be purchased at the time of service. Extended warranties cannot be added after service is completed. Please ask your service advisor about extended warranty options and pricing.
Specialty Vehicle Warranties
Limited Coverage for RV and Specialty Vehicles:
- RV and Motorhome Repairs: 30 days warranty on all repairs and parts
- Specialty Vehicles: 30 days warranty on all repairs and parts
- Custom Modifications: 30 days warranty on installation and workmanship
*Due to the unique nature and usage patterns of RVs and specialty vehicles, warranty coverage is limited to 30 days from date of service completion.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many parts come with additional manufacturer warranties that may exceed our standard coverage. We'll help you understand and process any manufacturer warranty claims. Common manufacturer warranties include:
- Batteries: 12-36 months pro-rated
- Tires: Mileage warranties vary by manufacturer
- Electronic components: Varies by manufacturer
- Emissions components: Federal requirements may apply
What's Not Covered
Warranty Exclusions:
- Normal wear items (brake pads, filters, bulbs, etc.)
- Damage from accidents or collisions
- Damage from neglect or lack of maintenance
- Modifications or alterations not performed by us
- Environmental damage or acts of nature
- Consequential damages or towing charges
- Fluids and lubricants (unless defective)
- Customer-supplied parts (no warranty on parts or labor)
- Used or salvage parts (no warranty on parts or labor)
Customer-Supplied and Used Parts Policy
Important Notice:
- Customer-Supplied Parts: We provide NO WARRANTY on customer-supplied parts or the labor to install them. Installation is at customer's risk.
- Used/Salvage Parts: When installed at customer request, used parts carry NO WARRANTY on parts or labor. Installation is at customer's risk.
- Compatibility Issues: Customer is responsible for ensuring part compatibility. We are not liable for incorrect or incompatible parts.
How to Claim Warranty Service
- Contact Us Immediately: Call (937) 658-9412 when you notice an issue
- Provide Information: Have your invoice number and vehicle information ready
- Schedule Inspection: Bring your vehicle in for warranty evaluation
- Authorization: We'll verify coverage and authorize warranty repairs
- Completion: Warranty repairs performed at no charge for covered items
Important Warranty Terms
- Warranty begins on the date of service completion
- Original invoice must be presented for warranty claims
- Warranty is non-transferable
- Regular maintenance must be performed as recommended
- Warranty work must be performed at our facilities
- Prior authorization required for all warranty work
